Kristen Canda discusses her experience as the Festival's 2017 Artist-In-Residence, as well as her painting, Concert Stage, which was selected as this summer's poster image.

2:00 PM - John Sant'Ambrogio - Cellist and Author

Cellist and author, John Sant'Ambrogio discusses the creative process for performing vs. writing. An alumnus of Ohio University in Athens, Mr. Sant'Ambrogio will be honored following his talk, having recently retired after many wonderful summers as principal cellist of the Lancaster Festival Orchestra and founding member of the Generations Trio.

Nicholas Bardonnay, symphonic photochoreographer, previews his newest visual concerto, The Festival at 35, commissioned for the Orchestra's opening night, July 18. He will discuss the process by which photos are synchronized with live symphonic music to create extraordinary multimedia productions.
